Golf Course

Located on 99 acres of pristine lower Westchester County property, Leewood Golf Club provides golfers with a unique 18-hole experience. Known for its tight driving areas, fast greens and hilly terrain, Leewood is a shot maker’s course.

The course was designed by Devereaux Emmet whose other course designs include Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, MD, Garden City Country Club, the original course at Fenway Country Club in Scarsdale, NY and many others. Leewood has three tees providing a fun and challenging experience for all skill levels.

Built in 1922, Leewood has a rich history, including its most famous member being baseball legend Babe Ruth. In fact it is said the tunnel leading from our club to the Bronx River Parkway was built so Ruth could make a quick exit from the course to Yankee Stadium.

From our club championship, the ladies and men’s member-guest outings to our popular twilight events the course at Leewood Golf Club always provides memories for all.
